The Snow has fallen!

We almost had a white Christmas in NC. It's almost all gone now the day before x-mas eve. We had to fight Gavin to come inside. He loved the snow. Everyone have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Years.

Finally an RN

Well I should say pending her passing of the state boards! Which I'm sure will not be an issue. It's been a long road but now Mary can begin looking for a J.O.B. and she prefers a hospital in the ER,OR or ICU. We'll see what happens! Congrats to her on a job well done.

Tis the season

We have had the tree and lights up since the weekend we returned from Indy for turkey day. Gavin had a great time helping us decorate. Here are a few pix...

Disney on Ice

Well it's been a LONG time. We have been crazy busy.

1st --> we took Gavin to Disney on ice 2 weeks ago and he absolutely loved it. We sat right next to the ice and he kept wanting to "skate with Mickey" which turned into a little fight but he was great! He was mesmerized by everything.

G-man is sooo funny when it comes to Halloween masks. Last year he was so scared of any mask and this year he opens the Halloween tote and sees the masks, he turns to Mary or I and ask, "will it hurt me" and of course we say NO. Then he puts his hands in the air and says, "It's just a mask, it wont huuuurt me." It's so funny! Here is a pix of him after he finally built up the courage and put on the chuckie mask! latest project

G-man and mom went out of town for 3 days to visit family in southern NC so dad decided to start and finish a project I've been wanting to do for a long time. I put a floor in the attic for some extra storage space. Everything came out great them decided to move into the garage where I built shelves and a workbench! I'll take some pix of them later...

1st Fishies

G-man finally got his first fishing pole and we caught about a dozen blue gills. Mom was at the hospital today working and the boys went fishing! He loved it!!

Happy Labor Day!!!

We had a fun labor day weekend. Didn't do too much with Mary having clinic on Saturday night but we took G-man apple picking on Monday. He had sooooo much fun. Here are a few pix. Oh yeah, one of the pixs he also stole daddy's coffee as he loves to do.
