Dad and Gavin's new Hobby
Check out what we purchased over the weekend. We have been wanting to get one but just haven't found the right deal. We started out just looking at small 20-30 gallon tanks but look at this mamajamma. It's a 100 gallon Oceanic Saltwater reef river tank! This thing is a beautiful piece of furniture along with the live rock/coral within. This started out as a weekend project for Gav as he loves fish and walks around all day long making fish "sounds" so we decided he would love a tank. I've always wanted a saltwater tank and now I/we have one. There are a couple clown fish, 2 other fish I don't know what the hell they are, crabs, sea earchant, sea aneminity and a few other living creatures. It took two vehicles and two trips to get this thing moved from where I purchased it from. Oh yeah...I got one Hellacious of a deal too!! Gavin just loves it..You can see if one of the pix where he is pointing at one of the crabs...Those are his favorite. We are going to let the H2O stabilize for a week then purchase some sea horses and other fishies.....love from NC

Happy Valentines Day!
It's been a week or so. The weather has been absolutly beautiful here in North Cakalakie...it been in the 70's or near 70 for over a week now! I don't think spring is here yet but we are taking advantage of the weather. I think Gav has been outside everyday for atleast 5 hours every day. Dad took morning duty today, Sunday, because I have an 11 AM Tee Time! Going out to take in the nice weather. Mary had a large test this past Thursday and is now enjoying the weekend with a lil' time away from the books. Other than that not too much new. Gav is starting to become more and more vocal/verbal. Everything is "miiineee" these days! He's starting to mimik us a lot more which means daddy needs to watch his sailors mouth! Here are a few recent pix...enjoy! Love from NC.

Fun..Fun...Fun!!
Check out this new place we found about 5 mins away from our house. Mary and I had "date" night Sat night..we went out for an early dinner and a movie and found this place on our way to dinner. The grand opening was Sat so we took Gavin Sunday before the superbowl. I think mom and I had more fun than he did! All three of us were worn out by the time we left! We'll be going back real soon..love from NC
